What a production agent needs
The data layer an agent must have before it does useful work.
How it works
This is a managed service. We hold the cloud account, run the resources, and hand your agents the credentials they need. There is no console for you to learn.
Four steps
Step 01
One call. What they read, what they write, and who needs to see the output.
Step 02
We provision the database, object storage, queuing, logging, and dashboards. Then we wire them together.
Step 03
Scoped credentials per agent over plain HTTP. It works with the framework you already use.
Step 04
Backups, limits, access changes, and new dashboards as the work changes. You email us.
What you do not get
You get scoped credentials and a person who runs the store. We do the setup and the changes. You send a note when the work changes.
You build and keep your own agents, in your own framework. We run the backend they read and write against.
On the cold-chain fleet, a Java service takes the readings. The agents monitor and report. The cold-chain case has the detail.

Every session, tool call, model turn, and cron beat, recorded.
Three tiers. One unified backend in each.
