Managed cloud backend for AI agents
Your agents get a backend. We run it.
Your agents work from data they can trust, and every run leaves a record you can audit. We design the backend, run it, and keep it fit for the work. You email us when the work changes.

Start with the work
Useful agents, built around real workflows.
The starting point is a workflow that costs you time or trust today. Agents earn their keep by giving it clearer ownership, fewer handoffs, and evidence people can check.
-
Workflow rescue
Turn fragile work into a system
Map the work your team actually does, then give agents a reliable place to read, write, reconcile, and escalate. The workflow stops depending on the one person who keeps it alive.
-
Agentic workflows
Let agents move work forward
Agents follow explicit states, relationships, and handoffs instead of inventing a process every run. You spend less time unwinding what they improvised.
-
Reports and dashboards
See what the operation means
Custom reports and dashboards organized around decisions, exceptions, and trends. People act on the numbers because they can see where the numbers came from.
-
Data foundations
Make the important data dependable
Bring scattered records into a model with declared meaning, traceable changes, and quality checks that match the work.
Why the database comes first
A good schema gives an agent a lane to run in.
When an agent creates its own infrastructure on the fly, it also creates guesses about what exists, how records relate, and what a status means. A professionally designed database makes those decisions explicit before they become operational truth.
A designed data layer provides
- MeaningDeclared entities, relationships, grain, and valid states.
- BoundariesContracts for what agents may read, write, and hand off.
- EvidenceProvenance, history, freshness, and exceptions that can be checked.
- DirectionReports and workflows shaped around decisions, not a pile of available fields.
The platform
The backend that keeps the work coherent.
-
Database
A schema your agents can follow
A managed database designed around the work. Your agents inherit the structure rather than guessing at it. Grain, relationships, migrations, and quality rules are ours to look after.
-
Object storage
Buckets for what they produce
Reports, exports and raw payloads land in object storage instead of an inbox. When someone outside needs a file, we issue a signed link.
-
Logging
Agent monitoring
We log every run, query and write against the agent that made it. When something looks wrong, you already have the evidence, without adding instrumentation to your code.
-
Workflows
Agentic workflows, reports, and dashboards
Give agents explicit states and handoffs, then turn the resulting data into reports and dashboards built for the people who decide.
Agent Flight Recorder
Know exactly what your agents did.
Every session, tool call, model turn and cron beat is recorded against the agent that made it. Sequenced, timestamped and append-only: the system of record for what your agents did. When a run fails, you replay the sequence and find the call that broke it.
The raw record, kept as it ran. A gap in the tape is itself a finding. REC --:--:-- UTC

How it works
Nothing to sign up for
This is a managed service. We hold the cloud account, run the resources, and hand your agents the credentials they need. There is no console for you to learn.
-
Step 01
You tell us what the agents do
One call. What they read, what they write, and who needs to see the output.
-
Step 02
We stand it up
We provision the database, object storage, queuing, logging and dashboards, then wire them together.
-
Step 03
Your agents connect
Scoped credentials per agent over plain HTTP. It works with whatever framework you already use.
-
Step 04
We keep it running
Backups, limits, access changes and new dashboards as the work changes. You email us and we handle it.
Pricing
What it costs to have us run it.
Every tier is one unified backend with the database, object storage, queuing, logging and dashboards in it. You pay us to run it, watch it, and change it as the work changes. What differs by tier is how much of that attention you get, and how far back the history goes.
-
Steady
$6,000/month
It runs, it is watched, and it changes when you ask.
- Scope
- One workflow we run and watch
- History
- 12 months you can query, older records kept in buckets
- Changes
- Two a month: a schema change, a new report
- Reporting
- One dashboard, one weekly report
- Response
- Next business day
-
Active
$12,000/month
The work keeps moving, so the backend moves with it.
- Scope
- Several workflows, kept in step
- History
- 24 months you can query, older records kept in buckets
- Changes
- As the work changes, reviewed with you weekly
- Reporting
- Dashboards and reports on request
- Response
- Same day
-
Dedicated
$25,000/month
You set the priorities each month. We build to them.
- Scope
- Every workflow you run
- History
- Kept and queryable for as long as you need it
- Changes
- Whatever the month needs, planned with you
- Reporting
- Custom workflows and integrations built to order
- Response
- A direct line to the people who operate it
Billed monthly, in US dollars. The fee buys our service and the backend it runs on. Infrastructure is included up to the size of each tier. Past it, we pass the bill through at cost and show you the line items. AI tokens are separate. Bring your own provider keys, or let us hold the keys and bill the usage through at cost. If you sit between two tiers, we price the middle rather than round you up.
FAQ
Questions people ask before the first call.
What is agentdbaas?
A managed cloud backend for AI agents. We run the database, object storage, queuing, logging, and dashboards. Your agents read and write against it over plain HTTP.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers in a conversation. An agent does work. It reads and writes records, follows explicit states and handoffs, and leaves a record of every run. This site is the backend under that work.
Who holds the cloud account?
We do. We hold the cloud account and run the resources. Each agent gets scoped credentials from us. There is no console for you to learn.
How do agents connect?
Each agent connects over plain HTTP with its own scoped credentials. It works with whatever framework you already use.
What does the Agent Flight Recorder record?
Every session, tool call, model turn, and cron beat. We record each event against the agent that made it. The record is sequenced, timestamped, and append-only. You replay a run and find the call that broke it.
What do the three tiers include?
Every tier is one backend with the database, object storage, queuing, logging, and dashboards in it. Steady costs $6,000 a month. Active costs $12,000. Dedicated costs $25,000. The fee buys our service: we run the backend, watch it, and change it as the work changes. What differs by tier is history, the pace of change, and how much of our attention it has. AI tokens are separate. Bring your own keys, or let us manage them and bill the usage at cost.
